We were happy to be involved in the creation of a signature Bondi Wash cocktail with our friends at North Bondi Fish. 

The team have come up with a really fragrant cocktail using native botanicals - it includes amaro montenegro, creme de mure, lemon, sugar syrup, aquafaba and is served with an edible flower and a spray of wattleseed and mountain pepper infusion at the table.
