Where does Bondi Wash ship?
The website only ships to valid addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Please note that some delays may occur for international shipments due to limited air capacity and flight cancellations due to COVID-19.

Our Swiss warehouse is located in Bischofszell (TG). There may be slight delays in shipments, however most orders will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order (during business days). We use Swiss Post services and deliveries take 1 to 2 business days.

How much does it cost to ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein?
The processing of the order, packaging, shipping and delivery of an order unfortunately have a cost. There is the shipping material (box, packaging material, tape), the staff and finally the shipping provider. So we can't avoid these costs but we still try to charge you as little as possible. So we ask you only a contribution of 1.00 Chf in addition to the standard shipping costs of the Swiss Post. But for orders over 70.00 Chf shipping is free!

Below are the current shipping costs:

  • PostPac Economy (B-Post): For all orders the current shipping cost is 7.00 Chf + 1.00 Chf for handling = 8.00 Chf (incl. VAT).
  • PostPac Priority (A-Post): For all orders the current shipping cost is 9.00 Chf + 1.00 Chf handling = 10.00 Chf (incl. VAT).

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours from when the order was placed. In the case of orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or other holidays, orders are processed on the next business day. Generally, orders are delivered within 2 days throughout Switzerland. Shipment tracking numbers will be sent via email once the parcels have left our warehouse and the status of deliveries can be followed via the Swiss Post website.

Do you offer a very fast shipping method, like next day or within a specific time?

We currently offer only two shipping modes:

  • PostPac Economy (Two business day delivery, Monday through Friday).
  • PostPac Priority (Next business day delivery, Monday through Friday).

Can I pick up my order at your office or warehouse in Switzerland?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to collect from our offices in Switzerland.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available today are:

  • PayPal account and credit cards via PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) - Debit cards are not accepted.
  • Credit Cards via Stripe service (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) - Debit cards are not accepted.
  • Bank/post transfer

In the case of bank/post transfer, you can pay free of charge using your e-banking system or at the bank/post office using the following information:

Please note that if you choose to pay by bank/postal transfer the shipment of your order will be delayed until the payment is received in our bank account.

Are your products flammable?
All products in the Bondi Wash range are not flammable, with the exception of the 100% essential oils.

Are you products safe for airline travel?
Yes, our products are not flammable (other than the pure essential oils) and not aerosol.

Can I have my parcel gift wrapped or a card included?
We are sorry but we do not currently handle gift wrapping.

Can I request a refund? How do I do that?
We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for any of the following reasons:

  1. originally defective
  2. purchase error
  3. expiration date less than 3 months after receipt of goods

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Beyond this deadline we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds.

We will send you a refund once we confirm that the products have not been used or damaged.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I want to exchange a purchased product for a different product?
We are happy to exchange your order for something else. Please notify us by email ( stating which product you would like to exchange and then send us the product you would like to exchange to the following address:

The products to be exchanged must be unused and returned undamaged.
Shipping costs for product exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?
Please always make sure the address is correct when you place your order. If you think the address is incorrect, please email us immediately at and we will do our best to help you. However, once the order has left our warehouse we cannot intercept the shipment and redirect it. If the shipping manager fails to deliver the order it will normally be returned to us within 2-3 business days. At that point we can re-send your order to the correct address you may have given us. If the order is not returned to us the package is considered lost and we can not make any refund because shipments are not insured.
