In preparation for Negroni Week, we share a native inspired version of an Italian classic - the Swipe Right Negroni by Brookie's Gin.
Negroni Week runs from 14 - 20 September and will help raise funds for the bar and restaurant community who have been devastated by Covid-19.
Since 2013, Negroni Week has grown to over 12,000 participating venues around the world, and to date, nearly $3 million has been raised for charitable causes.

Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: Riberries (Lilly Pilly berries)
Method: Stir over ice & strain into glass over a large ice cube.

30ml Riberry Infused
Brookie's Dry Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet Vermouth
1x Dash Grapefruit Bitters
